Joining us as a Workshop Controller means you will be the key point of contact for our technicians within the aftersales function, providing them with support and guidance and improving the profitability of the department.   It is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible. 

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a workshop background or has a passion for supporting customers.  Experience in the motor industry is not necessary.  Full training and development support will be provided to ensure that you will gain the skills necessary to be successful.  A positive attitude and desire to help our customers are the most important skills you will need. 

As a Perrys Workshop Controller, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the Service Department including a focus on quality and output in the workshop.

About you: 

  • You will have good communication skills with self-motivation.
  • Highly numerate and well organised.
  • Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
  • You will have a full UK Driving licence.
  • A willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota.
