Joining us as a Service Manager means you will be a pro-active manager of the service team and are looking for a manager to provide a hands-on approach. We are open to individuals who would like to take their first step into management.   It is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible. 

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who is professional, goal oriented, methodical and organised in your approach and able to deliver complete customer satisfaction along with achieving the expected profitability.

As a Perrys Service Manager, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks,  ensure accurate recording of all daily operating controls and KPIs.  Make sure premises, tools, equipment and other dealership assets are controlled and used effectively. 

Be certain that maximum efficiency and profitability whilst providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain an effective control of expenses in line with agreed objectives by regular examination and review of management accounts and budgets
