Joining us as a Regional Warranty Administrators means you will be a detail‑driven, customer‑focused individual to join our regional team. This role is ideal for someone with Service experience in customer service, or automotive environments, and exposure to warranty processing. It is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible.
About the role:
As a Regional Warranty Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring warranty processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer guidelines. You’ll work closely with our dealerships, supporting them in submitting claims, resolving queries, and maintaining compliance.
As a Perrys Regional Warranty Administrator, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks, managing and processing warranty claims across multiple sites, ensuring all submissions meet manufacturer standards and deadlines. Liaising with service departments to gather required documentation. Supporting dealerships with warranty queries and best‑practice guidance. Monitoring claim progress and resolving any discrepancies. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on warranty performance
